The Noi Family

Who We Are

Giuseppe Garzia

CEO of Noi & Salon Director

A Bath boy born and bred with strong Italian roots has shaped the Stylist I have become; one who values hospitality and a welcoming nature as much as the quality of services provided. This is an ethos which has carried through to the creation of Noi, and in creating a home for like-minded, person-centred stylists.
Enjoying all skills across the hairdressing industry but with cuts and classic cutting at the core of my 21yrs, I feel honoured when people put their hair in my hands.
My ‘take home’ to any client new or existing would be to think about and be confident in yourself and your identity. Wear your hair how you want to, and don't feel like you need to follow a template or the crowd.

Kellie Moody

CEO of Noi & Director/ Makeup and Beauty Mentor

From a graphic art background to Co-Director of Noi, each experience on this journey has influenced the person I am and what I like to project; positivity, a zest for life and a highly creative and inclusive experience for all. This is why I think our Noi family works so well as we have a shared appreciation for what we do, and how we do it.
In 19 yrs as a Professional Makeup and Hair Artist I have worked closely with both individual brides through to large film production companies and it is clear that meeting amazing people is one thing I love about my job. In particular it's about helping people feel great about themselves. Now adding complementary treatments for lashes and brows and a natural progression from my background in colour to providing hair colour treatments, I feel these are just more ways I can make each person feel as special as they should.
My tip must come from my first passion, makeup; don’t ever be without a good SPF, yes even in the winter months. Look after your skin as it looks after you.

Julie Johnson

Senior stylist and educator

I’ve had hairdressing scissors in my hands for over 30 years and I truly believe they are the key to helping my beautiful clients look and feel their best. This is what I deliver with each and every service and why I am so incredibly lucky to have such loyal clients (some even travelling from as far as Scotland). I can’t thank them enough for trusting me.
Hair is so personal. It’s our identity. The shape, movement and colour can make us look and feel amazing. After all these years, I truly believe the secret to providing a good haircut or colour treatment is communication, care and creativity. My top tip to keep your hair in fabulous condition between appointments is to treat your hair like your skin. Use nourishing, hydrating products such as a regular mask treatment; crucial for strength, shine and movement!

My approach is to create an air of quiet calm, so an opportunity for you to sit back and relax, while I take all of the hard work out of creating your beautiful colour.
With 16+yrs experience in the industry and having tried all aspects of hairdressing it was clear to me where my passion laid; with colour! As such my best tips for colour longevity would be to use appropriate home care methods such as not over washing, using the right shampoo and conditioner, and using other hair-appropriate treatments such as the Davines Oil. This extra tlc will keep your hair nourished and colour looking rich and healthy for as long as possible. More generally, to all I say protect your hair against heat in particular if you blow dry your hair..
